Some helpful information about our services;

Postage & Despatch
All 'Free P&P' items are despatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post.
Other P&P services are available including 1st Class (Standard) and 1st Class before 1pm.  
We aim to despatch within 1-2 working days, not including weekends and Bank Holidays.  Please take this into consideration when ordering as well as when reviewing the estimated date of arrival of your order set by eBay.
If your order is urgent please choose the 1st Class postage option and contact us when placing your order.  We will do our very best to despatch your order as quickly as possible, usually on the same day when possible.
All items are individually checked and stamped and proof of posting obtained direct at the Post Office Counter. 

Item Description
All dimensions, sizes and weights are given in good faith and are as accurate as possible.  Photographic images are fair representations of items allowing for the different calibrations of computers as well as the conditions under which photos were taken.

Returns 
We have an extended returns policy of 30 days from purchase date.Please contact us before returning an item to avoid disappointment.  If we are aware that you are returning goods then we can take the necessary action to expedite your return and refund.   All items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and labels and be in a saleable condition.  Unless agreed with us prior to returning goods the cost of postage for returned items is the buyer's responsibility.
