POWERED BY HEAT-FREE TECHNOLOGY

The Epson WorkForce WF-2910 is powered by Epson Micro Piezo with Heat-Free Technology. Micro Piezo technology utilises piezo crystals that pulse when electrical signals are sent to them by the printer. It produces incredibly consistent droplets, both in shape and size, to deliver clear and sharp prints.

Free freight may not apply to some remote and regional areas. Please contact us for freight costs to these areas.



RETURN POLICY

All returned items must have an RA ( Return Authorisation ) number. We will not accept any items returned without an RA.

We will supply an RA once a return has been approved.

All items returned must be unopened and sealed in the original packaging unless it is a hardware item and deemed to be faulty or DOD ( Dead on Arrival )

 Any items returned that have been opened and removed from their original packaging will not be eligible for a full refund unless they are classed as faulty or DOD.

We will not accept Ink/Toner cartridges that have been opened from their original packaging.

All items being returned due to ordering in error or change of mind must be in brand new condition, unopened and still sealed in the original packaging.

Items being returned due to ordering in error or change of mind will only qualify for a partial refund.

 We will arrange for hardware Items deemed to be faulty or DOD to be collected  by our courier after an RA is issued.

A refund will not be given until after the faulty item is received into our warehouse, checked and confirmed to be faulty by our technical staff.
