To improve customer service and to ensure parcels arrive quickly and undamaged I will now send the majority of parcels via the first class recorded service in the UK and a signed for service for International. I am sorry to have to increase my postal prices but this is a necessary step to reduce losses and to ensure your item arrives quickly and safely.
