Repair kit for Harley Davidson Delphi type Quick Release Fuel Taps

The O-rings are made of Viton® (FKM) 75 ShA and not from NBR or cheap rubber.

Withstands biofuels E5 + E10 far more than the original Harley O-Rings.

They are however also much more expensive to buy than NBR O-rings etc.

Viton® O-rings have excellent chemical resistance and can be used at temperature ranges between -15°C and 200°C. Although generally more expensive than NBR (Nitrile) rubber O rings, FKM has found wide acceptance in the aircraft, automotive and chemical industries

These O-rings are for models from 1999 to 2023 with the Delphi Quick Release

3 O-rings included, 2 for the upper part, 1 for the lower part

If you have 2 connectors, you will need 2 kits

Harley does not sell a repair kit for these connectors, the only option was to replace the whole unit, now you can replace the O-Rings only
