Payment:
We prefer payment through PayPal, payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover can be used through PayPal as well as e-Check. Payment must be received within 7 days of committing to buy the item action.
Shipping:
The default shipping method we offer is USPS First-Class Package for a flat rate for domestic customers. All orders will be shipped in a 4x8in or 5x10in Kraft bubble mailer (depending on the bulk of the order); the item will be wrapped in a 2nd layer bubble bag or sometimes in a hard jewelry box for very fragile items. Other faster shipping options are available to purchase for a higher price.
Return/Exchange Policy:
We only accept returns on unused and unopened items, with the exception of tools/piercing equipment where a picture is needed to prove the defective part of the tool.
