| Notes: Jacket is shelf worn and the bottom few centimetres of the spine of the jacket have been cut away. the front and rear panel are intact. the spine is a little discoloured and there is a little tape on the spine. that said it presents very well in cellophane. there are no inscriptions or markings but a small piece of the front end page has been removed.
