Important Note:

In order for the item to be dispatched correctly and quickly, please: -

1. When purchasing, please provide us with the brand name of your bike, if you can provide a photo image of the charging port (socket), it would be even better.
2. Please make sure that your mobile number is correct with your eBay account.
3. Provide your correct delivery address. If there is no one at the property at the time of delivery, your item will usually be left with your neigbour or similar.

Our chargers have genuine CE, German TUV and GS approval. This means that our chargers are safe to use and will not demage your battery. All of our chargers come with a 12 month warranty so that you will get your money's worth.

Shipping Details

Item(s) will be dispatched within 48 Hours after payment is received during weekdays.
Item(s) usually arrive within 2 days if your postal address is within the UK mainland.
For the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other UK Islands it will take 1-3 days longer.
For European countries, Australia and USA, it will take about 7 days to arrive.

Returns

We make sure our customers always come first. If anything you purchased is incorrect or not up to your expectations, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse any non-faulty goods returned outside of the 14 day period without prior notification.
Items for return will only be accepted provided that:

The item is unused
The item is in original packaging
The item is returned within 14 days

Some items from Powatechnic will be delivered requiring a signature upon receipt. Please check all items for damage before signing for the product as the courier will accept no liability for damage once signed for.
If you inform us of damages or shortfalls after signing for a consignment it makes it extremely difficult to make a claim from the couriers and some couriers will not accept liability.
Claims for damages and shortfalls will be processed within 48 hours.
