The TIG 320 AC / DC pulse is an inverter welding machine made in the IGBT technology. It is used for manual welding with direct and alternating current TIG and direct current with a coated electrode (MMA method). It is widely used both in production and service works. It is designed to work in closed and roofed rooms.
The welder allows full adjustment and control of all welding parameters of the arc and pulse characteristics. It has HF ignition, 2T / 4T function and welding current display.The device has excellent welding properties, recommended especially for professionals.
The set includes: a liquid-cooled TIG welding torch, ground cable with a clamp, MMA electrode cable, welding shield and a hammer. The WS-7,5LT cooler is dedicated to cooperation with the Sherman-profi TIG 320 AC / DC pulse welding machine and is intended for liquid cooling of TIG welding torches, but it can also be used with other devices and components that require cooling in a closed circuit.
It is recommended to place the cooler under the welding machine.
The set includes a set of fasteners that enable such setting. In the construction of the cooler, components of the proven WRC-300B cooler were used, the reconstruction and the fluid reservoir were changed.
The use of a heat exchanger built on a copper coil and a stainless steel pump significantly increase the cooling efficiency and extend the life of the device. The cooler is equipped with a flow sensor with visual and audible alarm. The flow sensor activates an alarm when there is no refrigerant flow caused by clogged water pipes, open fluid circulation or its too low level in the cooler.
The TIG platform trolley is a stable and durable platform dedicated to the TIG 320 AC / DC pulse kit and the WS-7,5LT cooler. The set includes a holder for mounting the cylinder with a chain, a set of 6 connectors of the welding machine with the cooler and the screws connecting the cooler with the driving platform.
