Velo makes a huge array of the world's saddles under their own name, but mostly as a contract manufacturer for other high-end brands. This particular saddle is very similar in terms of shape, construction, and especially rail design and quality as offerings from WTB. It features a pressure-relieving central depression and moderately firm padding. Figure on an MSRP of $65-80 for a saddle like this.
