WELDER FANTASY JET TIG III AC / DC 200 3in1 - inverter welding machine + holder
WELDER FANTASY JET TIG III AC / DC 200 3in1

Industrial  Welder Fantasy JET TIG III  devices are microprocessor-based welding sources based on  IGBT technology , suitable for welding carbon steel, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, copper, brass, magnesium, titanium, all aluminum alloys and plasma cutting.

IGBT symbol

IGBT  technology - Insulated  Gate Bipolar Transistor -  is modern technology  based  on  bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field-effect transistors with a high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment .

symbol efficiency 60

High  efficiency of  the device  60% .

Machines powered by 230 V are equipped with a  PFC (Power Factor Correction) module  - enabling the increase of the power factor to a value as close as possible to 1 in order to reduce losses in industrial lines.

The top-class device sets new standards among AC / DC welding machines, and the user-friendly control panel ensures the selection of all necessary operating parameters.

The welder was awarded at the 9th International Fair of Technologies and Equipment for Welding Kielce 2014

The JET TIG III AC / DC 200 welder allows you to work in the following modes :

TIG DC LIFT ARC method symbol

TIG DC lift-arc  -  In the TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) method, the electric arc is struck in an inert gas (argon) shield between the welded element and a non-consumable electrode made of pure tungsten or tungsten with additives. In the TIG lift-arc mode, the arc strikes when the electrode comes into contact with the workpiece. In TIG DC mode, the current is constant.

TIG DC HF method symbol

TIG DC HF  - In order to completely eliminate the possibility of contamination of the weld with tungsten, it is recommended that the electrode does not touch the workpiece; for this purpose, contactless arc ignition is used with the use of high-frequency discharges generated by the ionizer built into the device.

TIG DC welding icon pulse lift arc

TIG DC PULS  lift-arc  - arc ignition takes place through the contact of the electrode with the material to be welded, the pulse function allows you to weld thin elements by periodically changing the current intensity.

TIG DC pulse HF welding icon

TIG DC PULS HF  - non-contact HF ignition using an ionizer in the TIG DC PULS mode.

TIG AC LIFT ARC method symbol

TIG AC lift-arc  - a function that allows aluminum to be welded through the use of alternating current, which performs the cathodic cleaning function when welding aluminum. Thanks to the possibility of setting the AC BALANCE parameter, i.e. the balance of the alternating current, it is possible to adjust the ratio of the duration of its phases to each other.

TIG AC HF method symbol

TIG AC HF  - a similar function that allows aluminum welding with alternating current, ignition is made contactless by the high-frequency current generated by the ionizer.

TIG welding icon AC pulse lift arc

TIG AC PULS lift-arc  - welding in this mode is a combination of alternating current and pulse, which enables welding of very thin aluminum elements. The arc is ignited by contact of the electrode with the welded material.

TIG AC PULSE HF method symbol

TIG AC PULS HF  - a function that enables welding of thin-thickness elements made of aluminum. Non-contact ignition thanks to the use of an ionizer.

TIG ACDC method symbol

TIG AC + DC  - ADVANCED AC function enables welding with mixed AC DC current - In a single cycle there is a transition between AC and DC with negative polarity DC (-). This cycle repeats itself throughout the welding process. Welding with mixed current is especially useful when joining elements of different thickness. It also reduces noise emissions compared to AC welding.

PLASMA CUT

PLASMA CUT -  a function that enables the cutting of electrically conductive elements made of carbon and alloy steels, aluminum and its alloys, brass, copper and cast iron

MMA DC + method symbol

MMA DC +  - The MMA method uses a covered electrode, consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. An electric arc is generated between the end of the electrode and the material being welded. The arc is struck by touching the tip of the electrode to the welded material. MMA DC + means welding with positive polarity - more heat is generated in the material and less heat is generated in the electrode.

MMA DC- method symbol

MMA DC-  - the difference between MMA DC + is that the polarity in MMA DC - mode is negative, so the heat distribution is opposite - more heat is generated on the electrode and less heat is generated in the welded material.

MMA VRD DC + method symbol

MMA VRD DC +  - available in MMA DC + mode, VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function - a module reducing the open circuit voltage of the secondary circuit Increases safety and reduces the risk of electric shock The function turns the welding power off and on when resistance is measured during welding electrode between the tips - welded element.

MMA method symbol VRD DC-

MMA VRD DC-  - available in MMA DC mode- VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function works in the same way as MMA VRD DC +, the difference is negative polarity.

The following welding modes are possible with all TIG methods:

* ARC IGNITION THROUGH LIFT-ARC SYSTEM (2T and 4T),
* ARC IGNITION HF CONTACTLESS (2T and 4T),
* ARC IGNITION BY REMOTE CONTROL PEDAL.

-  STANDARD AC / DC  - pulsed current function, is mainly used when welding thin elements (even 0.1mm thick), metals with a low melting point, e.g. lead, or welding in forced positions. Other advantages of pulsed welding include a smaller heat-affected zone, greater stability of the welding arc, and greater fusion depth and improved appearance of the weld face.

-  ADVANCED AC  - welding with mixed current AC DC-. In a single cycle, there is a transition between AC and DC with negative polarity DC (-). This cycle repeats itself throughout the welding process. Welding with mixed current is especially useful when joining elements of different thickness. It also reduces noise emissions compared to AC welding.
