Great preowned condition
 Complete -  all genuine LEGO pieces

comes with all 3 minifigures  *1 has sub hair
no box or instructions * the instructions can easily be found online through a couple sites


some of the pieces show light wear from  normal use and being stored in a plastic tote unassembled...see pics


the following pieces have been replaced


20x 2362b white panel were replaced with newer version of same part  87544

the light bluish gray turntables were replaced with black

1st floor door is substituted..see pics

black flex pipe was replaced with light bluish gray (its a hidden part so cant be seen)


will be partially disassembled for shipping
