To guarantee worry-free operation, the 1.98" (50.5mm) valve is clamped in place with a Viton O-ring to prevent sticking.  The valve guide and stem have been PTFE lubricated and anodized for longevity.    The V-Band aluminum flange allows for Universal installation by a professional, as it can be welded to any aluminum charge pipe on a turbo or supercharged vehicle.  The stainless steel clamp provides a long-lasting and clean installation, free of corrosion.  The oversized 10mm banjo bolt provides faster actuator response, reducing the amount of stress on your turbo.  The actuator is made with a high temperature silicon Nomex reinforced diaphragm for ultimate reliability.  These features have made the BV50 the most popular selling blow off valve on the market.
