We ensure all products are carefully packed in grip or zipped sealed plastic bags, then shipped in our eco-friendly, recycled material grey mailing bags.

Returns Policy

We are able to accept returns for goods that are without any embroidery or customisation. Made-to-order items, however, cannot be returned. This includes our 'stock embroidery' products like the His & Hers towels which are made to order based on the towel colour you choose. If there is an error in the embroidery or a fault in the item, please take a photo and contact us via Ebay. We will assist you towards a resolution. Full refunds are only provided after prior communication. For plain goods returned, refunds will be less the original shipping cost. For personalised items, we will communicate with you regarding return costs/methods and possible refunds.
