The parcel will be immediately abandoned (destroyed) at the destination country. It will not be returned to the sender (RTS).

REFUND POLICY FOR UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS:
The refund amount will depend on the carrier used for your specific order:
1. POSTAL SERVICE (Thailand Post / Large Items):
Outcome: If the package is RETURNED TO SENDER (RTS) due to non-collection or failure to clear customs.
Refund: A Partial Refund will be issued for the item value MINUS ALL NON-RECOVERABLE COSTS (Original shipping fee, return shipping fee, customs penalties, and platform/transaction fees).
2. FASTSHIP COMPANY / COURIER (Small Items):
Outcome: If the package is NOT CLAIMED, REFUSED, or cannot be cleared, the courier's terms mandate that the item will be considered ABANDONED and DESTROYED at the destination.
Refund: In this case, NO REFUND (including item value and shipping cost) can be issued, as the item is permanently lost and cannot be returned to us.
