The box is NOT MINT!!!  Box is torn and open on one end. The figure is missing but most of the Adventur/rescue diorama accessories are there. Looking inside, Some of the clear bands have fallen apart Manufacturer is M&C Toy  Centre Ltd. For the US market, I believe this was a smalljoes dot com exclusive. I bought it for my cobra army but have never done anything with it.
