Fits:- All Defenders / Discovery 1 / RRc.
Axles you can use 2 per axle, 1 as a level plug and 1 as a drain plug, so 4 in total.
LT230 Transfer Boxes all use 1 just as the level plug, but later use 2, 1 as a level and 1 as a drain.
If your Drain or Level Plug has a 1/2″ square hole in them these should fit.

Fits :- Discovery 2 .
Axles Axle Drain only, so 1 per axle.
LT230 Transfer Box most will have 2, 1 as a level and 1 as a drain.
If your Drain or Level Plug has a 1/2″ square hole in them these should fit.

These are the same thread as a standard level or drain plugs (3/4 BSPT), they also have the 1/2″ square hole in them to undo or tighten them, the main benefit is they have a magnet fastened onto them that will catch any bits of metal floating around in the Axle or Transfer Box, I always use 2 per axle, 1 as the drain plug and 1 as the level plug, it is a good thing on the level plug as when you check the oil if there is contamination on there you know something is going wrong before it is too late.

Do not tighten these with an impact gun, the shock loading can damage or loosen the magnet.
