Most modules, ECU kits, radios, and navigation units will only be compatible with your vehicle if the numbers off your vehicle's unit, match the numbers on ours.
Some of these modules, ECUs kits, radios, and navigation units also require reprogramming (even if the numbers match up) This means they need to be installed by an automotive technician who's professionally trained to deal with your brand of vehicle.
If you're unsure whether or not one of our items needs reprogramming, please send us a message, or better yet consult a qualified technician prior to purchasing.
Make sure you consult an expert with regards to the diagnosis and installation of modules, ECU kits, radios, and navigation units before purchasing.
In the event that the unit we have provided does not resolve your problem, you will not be able to return it - returns will only be accepted for items that are deemed faulty. 
Upon being informed that a unit we have provided you is faulty, and requesting a return, you must send us a copy of the invoice which proves that the unit was installed by a competent technician, as well as a copy of the diagnostic scan results. You may be denied your claim if you do not comply with this requirement.

Payment must be made within 2 days of winning the auction.

Grant Walker Parts will give you a minimum 6 months parts warranty on this part. This means if the part becomes faulty, we will supply you with another one or fix the one you have. This warranty does not include labour or freight.

No responsibility whatsoever is accepted by the company for the fitment of incorrect parts, this onus is clearly with the fitter to ensure that the parts supplied are correct for that particular job.

Engine warranty applies to the bare unit only, any accessory items supplied with the unit are for your convenience only and are not covered
Warranty does not extend to consumables i.e. gaskets, filters, plugs etc., nor does it cover oil leaks. This is the responsibility of the fitter
Engine warranties will become void if unit is overheated, ensure cooling is in good order.
We recommend that you carry out replacement of timing belts and oil seals before installation. Failure to do so may void warranty.
