EGR metal gasket kit for Fiat Alfa Romeo Lancia Opel Vauxhall Saab Suzuki Jeep with 1.6 2.0 JTD CDTI TTiD DDiS engines

Note: Please pay close atteniton to the shape of the base of the EGR flange connecting the intake manifold with the EGR valve housing, as there are two types which can occur. The second solution with the diffrent shape of the EGR flange base is available here: 175985076447.

In some engines the EGR valve must be mapped out from the engine because it can put it into limp mode.

The kit consists of the following components:

  • manifold blanks with viton O-rings
  • metal plate with gasket
