Return policy:
Warranty and Conditions of refund are as follows:
1. 14 days repair or replacement warranty only. Claims for refund of damage must be in writing with photo within 24 hours upon receiving the item. Customer has responsibility to check the goods carefully before picking it up.
2. Freight fee is not refundable.
3.Item must be returned in the original packaging and in original condition to qualify refund. ( return fee at customer cost)
4. Claim for refund of factory faulty must be within 7 days upon receiving the item. Refund condition as above. ( we do not refund if the purchase was made by customer mistake)
5. Items will be repaired or replacement if claims are made after that period of time. If the item cannot be repaired, a replacement may be provided.
6. Warranty does not include any labor or construction deconstruction,  installation or un-installation or damaged by use not following menu instructions.
