At this time, we only ship to physical addresses that are located within the 48 contiguous states of the USA. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to any P.O. RETURN POLICY & EXCHANGES
Return Policy
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and you would like to return your purchased item, we allow returns that are processed within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address. Items without RMA will not be accepted. Customers are responsible to return the items within 30 days of delivery in ORIGINAL, BRAND NEW, SEALED BOX with the UPC BARCODE in UNUSED condition and to pay the return shipping fees to get the full refund of the item price less our outbound shipping and handling fees. If the original seal of the item is broken, missing the original UPC barcode or item is opened or in USED condition, we charge 40% restocking fee. Open software, music, games, movies, and personal hygiene products are NOT eligible for returns.
Please note: All return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the buyer and all returns are subject to a minimum of 15% restocking fee.
Exchanges
All exchanges will be handled like our returns. Once we received your item we will issue a refund and you may place a new order from our store at your earliest convenience.
