The machine is equipped with an energy-saving servo motor built into the machine head (direct drive system) and stepper motors that control individual machine mechanisms separately. Complete set with motor and table.
As a standard, depending on the subclass of the machine and the equipment used, it is possible to make a large number of types of stitch or simple patterns. The machine has 50 pre-programmed own stitch patterns. The memory size of the machine allows you to enter 200 patterns (50 standard + 150 yours). Smooth regulation of the length and width of the bolts. All functions are programmed on an easy-to-use and legible control panel with a graphic display, incl. possibility of programming the cycle of stitches of various types.
The lubrication system has also been improved - oil in a closed circuit, supplied only to the hook mechanism (without lubrication of the needle bar drive mechanism). This solution guarantees no oil leaks from the upper part of the machine (most often from the needle bar) causing staining of the material.
The machine has an electronically programmed active needle thread tensioner. Different tension values can be programmed
