XPTHC-4H Arc Voltage Torch Height Controller Description:
The principle of the XPTHC-4 H plasma arc voltage height controller is to use the constant current characteristics of the plasma power supply to judge the height of the cutting torch in the plasma cutting process by detecting the plasma arc voltage, so as to realize the automatic height control of the cutting torch.
Basic parameters and features:
- Working voltage: AC24V+10%, 50Hz/60Hz or DC24V±20%;
- Adapted motor: DC24V DC motor, maximum 25W;
- Drive mode: PWM (pulse width modulation mode);
- Output current: 0.1A-1A;
- Working temperature: height controller -10∽60℃;
- Initial positioning method: switch-type initial positioning & proximity switch initial positioning;
- Operation transmission mode: detection arc voltage enable output, 200mA optocoupler OC gate output.
- Voltage divider ratio: external 50:1 non-isolated voltage divider; host internal 1:1 isolated voltage divider.
