Watercolor, on paper, is in great condition. It has been professionally framed, however the glass is dirty on the inside. I don't know how that happens, but I don't want to take the back off to get to the glass.

The frame is in great condition also. Just the backside of the glass is dirty. 

I can't read the entire signature, but I explored the name Kovarsky and found none that matched this style of painting.

The painting is very pretty.
