RETURN POLICY
All returned items must have an RA ( Return
Authorisation ) number. We will not accept any items returned without an RA.
We will supply an RA once a return has been approved.
All items returned must be unopened and sealed in
the original packaging unless it is a hardware item and deemed to be faulty or
DOD ( Dead on Arrival )
Any items
returned that have been opened and removed from their original packaging will
not be eligible for a full refund unless they are classed as faulty or DOD.
We will not accept Ink/Toner cartridges that have
been opened from their original packaging.
All items being returned due to ordering in error
or change of mind must be in brand new condition, unopened and still sealed in
the original packaging.
Items being returned due to ordering in error or
change of mind will only qualify for a partial refund.
We will
arrange for hardware Items deemed to be faulty or DOD to be collected
by our courier after an RA is issued.
A refund will not be given until after the “faulty”
item is received into our warehouse, checked and confirmed to be faulty by our
technical staff.
Shipping costs for items being returned due to
ordering in error or change of mind are the responsibility of the buyer.
