Shipping & Delivery
EGW only offer curbside delivery. This means our drivers will unload your glass onto the pavement outside your address. Our drivers are not insured to carry glass into your home or place of business, so please do not ask the to. Due to the size and weight of some of our products, please ensure you make suitable arrangements beforehand. We aim to delivery within 5-7 working days, however certain routes require a third party courier which may take 7-14 working days. Please note any fittings will arrive via DPD's courier service prior to the arrival of the glass.

Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of our products being made-to-order we are unable to offer refunds once the order has been processed. The customer shall be responsible for providing us with the correct information and measurements. If you would like to amend/cancel your order, please inform us within a 1-hour time frame from placing your order.

Building Regulations
It is the responsibility of the
customer to investigate if planning permissions are required, ensuring all
projects are completed to British Standards BS 6399-1:1996 and BS 6180:2011.
Express Glass Warehouse are not responsible for any building regulation
requirements, this shall be up to the client to ensure safety precautions have
been met accordingly.

Returns Policy
Express Glass Warehouse, may, but are under no obligation to honour requests for refunds for the following reasons
Non-delivery of the product
Due to an issue with the mail or courier service, you may not receive delivery confirmation from us. Depending on the price of the product, Express Toughening Ltd may require you to first show proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item.
Irreparable defects with the product
Although all the products are thoroughly quality checked before release, unexpected defects may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for its approval of your refund request.
Product not-as-described
A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check all sizes and measurements for each type of product selected before submitting and confirming the order.
Product must not be returned after 14 days following the date of receiving goods.
Any issues must be raised with us no later than the third day following the date of receiving your goods.
