This is a beautiful vintage Bawo & Dotter large sugar bowl made in Limoges, France.  It is 6.5" tall with the lid and 6" wide at its widest point. It is decorated with pink and red flowers on a branch of brown leaves.  Most of the gold trim is still in tact.  The bottom of the sugar bowl is impressed with the mark "B D L Depose".  This mark was used between 1896 and 1914.  The bowl is in wonderful condition - no chips, cracks, or stains.
