At Kash-Discount-Homestores we offer our customers a no-fuss money-back guarantee (minus minimum postage fees) for all item(s) which must be reported via eBay's messaging service only within 7 days of receipt.

-For any returns the Buyer will be responsible for the Return Postage & Packaging charges. When returning an item please place a note with the date of order, name & address (as on PayPal) within the parcel.

If any item(s) received turn out to be faulty on receipt, you must notify us within 7 DAYS via eBay's messaging service only. Any faulty items should be returned to us within 14 Days at the Buyers Expense and upon receipt we shall either Replace or Refund the goods subject to confirmation that the item(s) are indeed faulty including the minimum postage fees.

In the unlikely event a wrong item has been received, please contact us ASAP via eBay's messaging service and we will advise of the next steps to take to resolve the unfortunate event.

All goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging to allow for a full refund / exchange
