The Made in Japan Traditional series is the result of a fusion of Fender's traditional instrument-making aesthetics and refined Japanese craftsmanship. The authentic DNA of Fender is brought back to life with solid Made in Japan quality.
The Made in Japan Traditional 50s Precision Bass features a gloss-finish basswood body with 21 vintage-style frets and a 9.5" radius "U" shape maple neck. Shaped maple neck with 21 vintage-style frets offers the classic playability of the Traditional series.
The 4-saddle vintage-style bridge and original pickups selected for the Traditional Series produce a realistic and musical vintage tone. The narrow nut width is designed to be easy to play for Japanese players.
Solid guitar craftsmanship and flexible answers to players' needs are reflected in this series.
