Apart from returns for incorrect, damaged or faulty products, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in suitable packaging to prevent damage in transit. Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the return.
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged in transit, or the incorrect item has been shipped, we may also require a digital photograph to be emailed. Our Customer Service will email you to organise an appropriate solution for you which may include the return of the item at our cost.
