Applying on Dry Skin

  1. Clean the skin.
  2. Unroll tape, being careful to touch the adhesive side as little as possible.
  3. Cut to desired length.
  4. Do not grip tape with too much force.
  5. Lay tape over desired area without stretching the tape.
  6. Gently run a finger over the tape several times to ensure good adhesion.

Applying on Damp Skin

  1. Clean the skin.
  2. Unroll tape and cut to length, avoiding touching the adhesive as much as possible.
  3. Hold tape gently.
  4. Lay tape over desired area -- do not put tension on tape.
  5. You may desire to run a finger once lightly over the tape.

How to Remove Micropore Tape

  1. Gently pry one corner of the tape up by pressing a small piece of tape onto the corner and then pulling up.
  2. Pull the tape back over itself in the direction of the hair to avoid excessive pressure on delicate skin.
