Fullmetal Alchemist

This is an original one-of-a-kind Hand Drawn Production Cel Sketch used for the anime Fullmetal Alchemist.  This is from the original TV series that aired in Japan from October 4, 2003 – October 2, 2004 and not from the Brotherhood series that aired much later in April 5, 2009 – July 4, 2010.  Produced by the Japanese Animation Studios Bones, directed by Seiji Mizushima and written by Shō Aikawa.

This scene is from the Opening Credit of the Homunculus Gluttony (グラト二ー Guratonī) played during the song "Ready Steady Go!".

In Japan, Ready Steady Go! by L'arc~en~Ciel is the second opening song for Fullmetal Alchemist anime, used in Episodes 14 through to 25. When the English-dubbed version of the show was first broadcast on Adult Swim, this was used throughout the first 26 episodes.  DVDs released by Funimation show the correct openings and endings for the first 13 episodes and fortunately the music video for Ready Steady Go! was included as an extra feature on the Volume 4: The Fall of Ishbal DVD.

The  Sketch of  measures approximately 9.5 inches by 10.5 inches.
