What the Software Does

IMPORTANT – Counter Reset Does Not Replace the Waste Ink Pads

This software resets the electronic counter only.

It does not physically:

• Replace waste ink pads

• Clean saturated pads

• Repair ink leaks

• Fix paper jams

• Repair cartridge-recognition faults

• Fix unrelated mechanical or electronic printer problems

If the waste ink pads are saturated, suitable maintenance or servicing may still be required.
