-  All faults or not as described items must be reported within the 7 days of receiving goods.
-  DO NOT REMOVE ANY OF MANUFACTURER OR OUR SECURITY SEALS FROM UNIT/ITEM, IF YOU REMOVE/BREAK ANY OF THESE SECURITY SEALS FROM THE UNIT, WE WILL NOT HONOR ANY RETURN/WARRANTY WHATSOEVER.
-  For any item which comes in the factory sealed box, If you encounter a problem  with the description, item you received and anything else please contact us before opening a case as we are happy to assist.
-  We will supply a replacement product or arrange for a repair upon return or give you a refund of the purchase price (We do not refund postage cost under any circumstances).
-  We aim to dispatch a replacement product, arrange a repair or refund your money within 7 days of receipt.
-  If goods are found to not be faulty a service charge will apply.
-  Return postage is at the cost to the buyer.
