Important Delivery Information

  • Palletised stove deliveries can be expected within approximately 5 - 7 working days of despatch and are kerbside only.
  • Once despatched, tracking details will be added to your order and we recommend that customers contact the local depot to discuss and pre-arrange delivery for a suitable weekday (Mon - Fri only).
  • Drivers will have a tail-lift to unload goods and a pump truck to move the pallet across flat / level surfaces; please note that this depot drivers are not insured to bring goods inside an address.
  • Please ensure an up-to-date mobile number is provided on your order details for us to pass onto the depot.
  • Delivery addresses cannot be changed once goods have been despatched.
  • Cancellation; return of unwanted goods are chargeable once despatched; £50 charge deducted from the final refund if we arrange it.
  • Damages / faults; please notify us asap of any damages or imperfect goods received and we can arrange to have these collected & replaced.
