Cheerful multicolor collage artwork, matted and framed under glass.  It is cut paper, paint, crayon, cut fabric (or handmade paper?) and watercolor.  There is a postage stamp from the British Virgin Islands in the bottom right hand corner. 

The artist signed and titled the piece in pencil:  "Dreams of an Eclectic Beach #2" and noted "M/P" and signed "Bruce Bitter © 92".  Excellent condition, hardware installed and ready to hang.  It measures 24" Tall x 30" Wide x 1" Deep.
