This interesting 8" x 10" photo features a group of WW2 (or perhaps WW1) US Navy sailors and officers on the deck of their ship. 

There are approximately 100 enlisted sailors in this photo, all wearing winter dress overcoats.  There are also approximately 15 officers in long winter coats.
