Old vintage Scotch Electrical tape No. 23, High Voltage, Corona Resistant Self-bonding splicing tape.

As you can see in photos the tin has some wear. There is two wax paper pieces, but I show one in the picture.

The tape is a full roll with both side papers in place.   Tape size is 3/4 IN. x 30 FT.

This is probably from the 1950's or early 1960's because there is no ZIP code in the 3M address, i.e. Saint Paul 6, Minn.

The USPS Zip Codes were created in July 1963
