The printer software can be downloaded from Valid's official website, and it is only compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8.

The printer was installed on Windows 7 and a test carc was printed after the installation (see pictures). The colored ribbon currently installed on the printer is about 80% used up, so a ribbon replacement would be required sooner or later.

The listing includes the main printer unit, power adapter, and an installed color ribbon with about 20% left. Printer software (can be downloaded from the internet), cables and all other accessories are not included.
