The ZLite comes standard with our new and improved hub design, the "44" hub. A Beefier hub with bigger internals, featuring 108 points of engagement, help you generate more torque and transfer of power for out of saddle efforts. We upgraded to a 44mm ratchet rings and offers standard compatibility with 11 speed SHIMANO / SRAM 8/9/10.

However, the following freehub options are also available to order separately:

- SRAM XDR 12-Speed

The "44" hub has been updated to include a slip-fit system to easily swap out end caps to accommodate, 15mm,12mm or QR axles, helping you "future-proof" your wheelset. Proven PBO spoke performance paired with a wider rim to create the perfect all-around everyday wheelset. The Z Lite’s tubeless-compatible rim with 18mm internal and 23mm external width gives you stiffness and strength while maintaining a light weight. Add to that our PBO spokes to get maximum comfort and a superior ride. Great for king of the hill runs, racing, or everyday training. The Z Lite wheelset was designed to be lightweight and compatible with wider tires with an 18mm internal width. It features a front 18-spoke radially laced hub and a 24-spoke radial/2-cross rear for stiffness, strength, and great response.
