CRITERIA:

1. DO NOT OPEN IF DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL. Item will need be returned unopened for a refund/exchange.
2. Item must not have been worn and can only be returned in the original condition within 30 days of receipt.

3. Any damage that occurs after an item has been used is the responsibility of the buyer and cannot be returned as faulty.

4. Pierced products must still be in the sealed plastic bag; if the seal is  broken then as per health regulations, the return is not available.

5. Any size tags must still be attached.


CONDITIONS:
1. All returns/cancellations will incur the postage recovery fee. (minimum  fee of $4)
2. Any postage paid is non-refundable.
3. Item must be returned in similar mail packaging as received.
4. The buyer is responsible for return postage charges and for the safe arrival of the returned item.

All items are posted via Australia Post. Orders are processed and dispatched within 4 business days from the date of purchase. This handling period is required to allow for careful preparation, packaging, and order processing prior to shipment..

Combined Post is available; add items to cart before paying.

International Postage is standard Airmail, delivery time frames vary depending on destination.  Import duties are not included in the item price or postage, these charges are a  buyers responsibility. Please check with your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to bidding or buying.

Tracking is only available with registered post which is strongly recommended
