It has pleating in the bodice and upper skirt, a semi-sheer outer (picture #9), a glossy teal-green polyester lining (picture #10), and a zipper in back. Measurements are: chest, pit to pit 17"; waist (8.25" below the neckline) 14.75"; hemline 36"; length (in back, neckline to hem) 32.75".
