  • Payment

    We accept payments via PayPal (Credit & Debit Cards), Direct Bank Deposit (Details will be provided on eBay checkout after selecting direct bank deposit as method of payment) & Money Orders (Please contact us to confirm postal address for money orders).

    There are two methods of PayPal payments, one is via express and the other is recognised as a PayPal E-Cheque. PayPal E-Cheques do take anywhere from 5-7 business days to clear.

    Bank Deposits take anywhere from 1-4 business days to clear. Please take note of this when making payment.

    Goods will only be posted once payment has cleared.

    Shipping

    We believe in providing transparent pricing. Postage costs does include the cost of postage & packaging & GST. This postage cost is clearly visible under the "Buy It now" button on every listing. If unsure of postage costs, please contact us for clarification.

    If purchasing multiple quantity of the same item, to obtain a price for freight, please click the "Postage & Payment" tab below the display picture and above the body of the listing. This will provide the price for each additional item. If you are purchasing different styles please contact us to obtain a quotation.

    Postage & Handling time - Purchases will be despatched from our office within 1-3 business days. We do send all goods through a traceable method, wether it be through Australia Post, Fastway or Startrack, we do reserve the right to choose the most appropriate courier for your location. All goods are sent with Authority to leave. Please note all quoted freight prices do not include insurance, if you do wish to have your goods insured, please contact us for additional costs.

    Please allow anywhere from 3-10 business days for delivery. Unfortunately once if has been sent from our office, transit times are out of our control and are in the hands of Australia Post or the couriers we use. When providing feedback, Postage time is recognised as the time it takes for us to post your item (within 1-3 business days) not the time it takes for the delivery driver to deliver the items.

    Payment

    We accept payment by Paypal or Bank Deposit. Please note Bank Deposits may take 2-3 Business days to clear. Goods only to be branded and despatched once payment clears.

    Returns

    All items sold are 100% brand new stock as supplied to us by our supplier. Work wear merchandise is prone to normal wear and tear and this does not warrant it as a defective product, we will only warrant items that have been sent as faulty on arrival.

    Any customised or decorated item(s) cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

    We do not provide refunds on incorrect choice or mistake purchases in accordance with Australian consumer law. We do however provide exchanges at the cost of the buyer.

    In the rare chance that we may have sent you an incorrect style, customer is to return item back to us for us to exchange, we will reimburse postage expenses for the return postage to the customer.

    Colour of the garment may be slightly different to the image depicted on your monitor due to a variety of factors including lighting, monitor brightness and contrast settings, etc. We unfortunately do not have any control over this, however we do our best to describe the item as detailed as possible.

    We want the entire process easy for both you and us, if you find that we did not provide the best possible solution. Please don't hesitate to contact us to resolve any issues. Remember that issues can only be resolved thoroughly through effective communication.
