Use while lying down, sitting or standing and simply relax into the comfortable pointed top, allowing your body weight to apply the pressure.
The suction base adheres to some hard surfaces and allows the tool to tilt, allowing you to find the preferred angle for working out tightness in hard-to-reach areas. Can also be used as a hand-held tool.
