You will receive a 1 hour personal focused Reiki Healing and Chakra Balancing Session, which will work on the seven Chakras and the flow of energy within and around you. My Session Outline:
The Reiki Practitioner channels the Reiki Energy on a spiritual plane, Doing Reiki is all about the Intention and Establishing a link with the person receiving Reiki. During a session I visualize my client and make an energy connection with them using Reiki Energy and Symbols that open the channels. I state my intentions for the healing session and begin scanning the aura and the chakras.
Next, I move on the areas of the body that need most attention. Once Reiki is channeled to the recipient and because Reiki has its own intelligence, it starts the healing at Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual level, for the clients highest good. However, Even if I do not see or feel the problem. The Reiki Energy intuitively goes where it is needed and heals. I am only a conduit for the energy. Reiki works regardless of the religious beliefs of the person, Reiki is not a religion or a belief system. Reiki also works whether the recipient believes it, understands it or not.

It is not unusual for a client to feel, tingly, cold, see colors, feel sad, happy, calm, energetic, nothing is considered wrong or unusual, just allow it to happen, obviously it was meant to happen.
Again, Most Clients may report a deep feeling of relaxation after a Reiki session. Relaxation in and of itself may have beneficial health-related effects, such as reducing pain, nausea, and fatigue. A client might also experience warmth, tingling, sleepiness, refreshment, and/or the easing of one or more other symptoms after treatment. People may experience different sensations: cold or hot, urge to cry or laugh, moan or cough. Your body may twitch or feel a buzzing sensation. You may fall into a dreamlike state or a sleep. You may see images or colors or hear sounds. There is no right or wrong during a Reiki session. Please just let yourself be. I do not charge for Reiki healing itself, but for my time to channel and hold the space for this divine blessing. My intention is always to bring in the divine and anchor in loving energies with effect for the highest good.
I will spend approximately ONE HOUR with you... one on one in real time... no chi balls. I may use Usui Reiki and other versions of traditional Reiki. During the healing I check for Chakra problems, clear out the bad energy and get those energy centers spinning in a healthy and healing manner. Reiki is "smart", and goes where it is needed the most. If you have a particular issue you would like me to focus on for your sessions, please let me know and I would be happy to hold that intention for you when I channel Reiki.
I also use crystals to aid in healing along with other modalities. Distance treatments offer the same benefits as in-person sessions on an emotional, physical and spiritual level since energy has no boundaries.
You can expect from me Kindness and compassion... I will focus on you or your pet's best interest while sending peace and love. Professionalism... I will work with you or your animal to the best of my ability and knowledge. Communication... I will email you whatever information I receive. You will need at least an hour when you are not going to be disturbed and can relax. Reiki can even be done while you are asleep. I think it is best to experience it in a comfortable relaxed state. You may want to play relaxing music or light a candle. Instructions:
After your payment has cleared, I will send an E-mail requesting you to send me your name, city and state and a picture of you etc. Once I receive your information and the date and times, I will confirm your final appointment through E-Mail. When the time arrives for your appointment, make sure that you find a quiet spot to relax and ask to receive the healing I am sending to you.
I would suggest starting off by slowing your breathing and visualize a beautiful place, a physical place or imaginary place that makes you very happy and brings a calm feeling to you. Focus on this place and be aware of your breathing for a few minutes. After you feel very relaxed and ready to receive the energy, you may say a protection prayer if you feel comfortable with this, although I send energy only for the highest good.
You may also request your angels, spirit guides, helpers or even creator to help in the process of receiving. If you have tools of your own you would like to use to help draw the energy in, you may use them as well. Whatever makes you feel comfortable is ok with me. This process will last at least 1 hour so make sure you have set aside enough time for the whole session.
