This is the Franklin Turtle Small Soft Plush with Neck Scarf + tag 8" aprox Rare Collectible

Excellent condition of figure and tag and never used or played with -- original owner here and put away once gotten

Rare because neck scarf is there but the hat turtle always wears is not there (would be attached to plush and not removable in any case)

Has exterior tag attached- see pictures

It has been kept in controlled storage and so not bothered by annoyances like cigarette smoke or other pollutants, cat hair, etc. Very good condition — see pictures and over 25+ years old  no rips or tear or discolorations
