It is on map 286-B Lot #23 Grave 53. There are 3 other graves which are being used but the one available is an end plot. There is no family headstone at all, just bronze memorial plaques in the ground.

Upon calling Beth David, I was advised there is a Preservation and Maintenance Fee which is required by the State of New Jersey and that is 15% of the present value of the plot which I was told as of February 2024 is $2800. That fee is $420, which the buyer will pay directly to the cemetery along with a $150 transfer fee. So the total fee to the cemetery is $570 plus the $500 to me - for $1020 you are buying a plot that Beth David is selling for $2800. 

 We have relocated out of state and will no longer need this plot and obviously are motivated to sell. Please contact me if you have any questions.
