Shipping and handling are $1.00 for the first card, free for each additional card. To help keep costs low I ship lower card counts with each card in a soft sleeve and I put 1 to 3 cards in an oversize semi-rigid card holder in a plain envelope with eBay Standard Envelope with tracking.  Higher counts in a bubble mailer using USPS Ground Advantage with tracking with each card in a soft sleeve and then in all cards in soft sleeve team holder and protected with cardboard.
