Dispatch and Postage
Items ordered before 12pm on work days are usually dispatched the same day. Items ordered in the afternoon/evening are dispatched the next working day.
We send most small items with Royal Mail 2nd class, if you want your item to arrive quicker please ask or select 1st class. For larger and more expensive items we use our courier UK Mail for next day delivery. Please note next day delivery prices are for mainland UK only. Deliveries to Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, IOW and all other off shore islands cost extra and usually take 48 hours, please enquire for a postage quote before ordering. We will only charge you the cost price to us.

Returns
We accept returns for unused items for 30 days from purchase.
