You must send your own instrument cluster to us. Clusters shown in listing photos are for illustration only and are not included.

ABOUT OUR PROGRAMMING SERVICE

NJSPEEDO provides instrument cluster mileage programming for qualifying repairs and replacements, subject to verification and applicable laws. Situations may include:

·         Replacement clusters requiring appropriate mileage configuration.

·         Corrupted odometer information caused by electronic failure.

·         Odometer errors or incorrect readings requiring diagnosis.

·         Other legitimate instrument cluster repair or replacement situations.

PROGRAMMING LIMITATIONS: Some clusters can be programmed to the exact mile, while others can only be programmed to an approximate mileage.

NOT INCLUDED: Repairs to faulty displays, gauges, illumination, circuit boards or other electronics. Any additional repairs require separate approval and may cost extra.

REQUIRED ODOMETER STATEMENT

Every programming order requires a completed and Odometer Correction Disclaimer.

We will send you a copy of the form after purchase. A printable copy is also provided at the bottom of this description.

Include the completed form with your cluster. You must provide truthful vehicle details, current displayed mileage, documented mileage and the reason for the request.

HOW OUR MAIL-IN SERVICE WORKS

1.     Purchase this service after confirming compatibility.

2.     Complete the required odometer statement.

3.     Pack the cluster securely and include the form and your eBay order information.

4.     Ship your cluster to the address below.

5.     We inspect the unit and perform programming.

6.     We return your cluster after completion.

NORMAL TURNAROUND: 1–3 BUSINESS DAYS after we receive your cluster and all required documentation. Excludes weekends, holidays, shipping transit and unexpected technical delays.

PACKING & SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

·         Wrap the cluster securely in bubble wrap.

·         Use a sturdy cardboard box with several inches of padding on every side.

·         Protect the lens, electrical connectors and mounting tabs.

·         Do not use packing peanuts or shredded paper.

·         Include the completed Odometer Disclaimer Form and your eBay order information.

RETURN SHIPPING: The amount displayed at checkout is calculated by eBay based on the buyer's location and shipping service. It covers shipping your completed cluster back to you. The buyer pays to ship the cluster to us. We return-ship within the 50 U.S. states via USPS or UPS. Contact us before return shipment for additional insurance.

Federal law generally requires the registered mileage to remain unchanged during odometer service, repair or replacement. Where this cannot be done, specific statutory procedures apply. The Odometer Disclaimer Form does not replace those requirements. We do not perform programming intended to misrepresent a vehicle's mileage.
