This multi-purpose cake mix is versatile and easy to use. It can be used to create cupcakes, sheet lines, loaf cakes, muffins and much more.
It's the perfect treat for the family and a great activity to keep little bakers entertained.
Ingredients:
WHEAT flour (contains Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, Modified Maize Starch, Whey Powder (From MILK), Raising Agents (E500ii, E450), Emulsifier (containing Glucose Syrup Solids, Emulsifiers (E472b, E471, E477, Skimmed MILK Powder, Stabiliser (E450)), Salt, Natural Flavouring.

Instructions For Use:
- 500g - Plain Crème Cake Base
- 175g - Egg
- 150g - Oil
- 112g - Water
Method:
- Add the Plain Crème Cake Base mix into a bowl
- Add the remaining ingredients slowly over 1 minute mixing on slow speed and scrape down the sides.
- Mix for 4 minutes on medium speed.
- For cupcakes, bake at 160°C / 320°F for approx 18 minutes*
- For 8” round/square cake bake at 150°C - 160°C / 302°F - 320°F for 35-40 minutes*
- For tray bakes bake at 180°C / 356°F for 25 minutes*
